Jonathan understands that real estate transactions are major financial decisions. He approaches each purchase or sale with a high level of analysis developed in development site acquisitions. He represents his clients’ interests using negotiation skills first developed during his Master’s Degree (MA Government) in Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security Studies. Jonathan was also a student of Urban Land Economics (DULE) at the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University.
